We operate by reservation only. Our locations in Bruges, Ghent and Brussels don’t have fixed opening hours or walk-in moments.
You can easily select a time slot through our booking page to join one of our workshops.

👉 Booking in advance is required – this way, we ensure every group gets a personalized experience with plenty of time to enjoy each waffle (and each beer!).

Would you like to organize a private event on a different date or time? No problem!
Just send us a request through the contact form, and we’ll be happy to look at the available options together.

Our Waffles ’n Beer workshops take place in three unique locations across Belgium:

📍 Bruges – Hoogstraat 10, 8000 Bruges
📍 Ghent – Onderbergen 4A, 9000 Ghent
📍 Brussels – Place de la Vieille Halle aux Blés 27, 1000 Brussels

Each city offers a different kind of magic:

• In Bruges, enjoy a cozy workshop right in the heart of the historic center.

• In Ghent, our location is just a short walk from the city center, in a lively and creative neighborhood.

• In Brussels, you’ll find us just steps away from Manneken Pis, for a truly authentic Belgian experience.

All our workshops are conducted in English, as we welcome participants from all around the world 🌍.

Don’t worry if your English isn’t perfect. Our hosts speak clearly, slowly, and with a smile, so everyone can enjoy the experience.

Our venues are not wheelchair accessible.

If you have any specific questions about accessibility or would like to know if we can accommodate your needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll do our best to help you find a suitable solution.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay,… for online payment.

In our shop you can pay by credit card.

There are no nuts used in our recipe.

The waffles contain dairy products (milk, butter, and eggs).

The vegan version is fully plant-based but contains gluten.

The gluten-free version may still contain trace elements of gluten — we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment for guests with Celiac disease.

No worries if you have any dietary requirements!
👉 Please let us know at least 3 days in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We can provide a vegan, alcohol-free, or gluten-free version.

Not to worry! We can replace the beer in the batter with an alcohol free version, or with sparkling water.

For the tasting we provide alcohol free beer and other drinks.

Not a problem at all.

Please inform us 3 days in advance so we can make arrangements. We can provide a vegan version, alcohol free version and a glutenfree version.

Keep in mind that the glutenfree version still can contain trace elements of gluten, we cannot guarantee a full glutenfree enviroment for those with Celiac disease.

We’re happy to provide an adapted experience for participants who are under the legal drinking age.

👉 Please inform us at least 3 days in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Please note:

• Baby seats are not available.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult per child).

• Alcoholic drinks are only served to participants 18 and older.
  Participants under 18 will be served non-alcoholic drinks.

• On-street paid parking (limited spots)

👉 Tip: Arrive a little early to find parking easily and enjoy the area.
