If baking waffles is an art, you will learn to perfect it in a light-hearted way at Waffles ‘n Beer. With the help of our hosts slash mood makers, of course. And a beer or two. With just a few movements of the whisk you transform simple ingredients into a silky smooth batter. While you sip from your glass with one hand, add your favorite beer as a seasoning with the other. Finish off with a nice warm chocolate sauce, to lick your thumbs and fingers. A crispier baked waffle appeared? Feel free to blame it on the exuberant, cozy atmosphere.

The downside of this thoroughly Belgian experience? That the waffle iron can’t bake a little faster. But while you can’t wait to sink your teeth into that next creamy, crunchy waffle, our host will gladly refill your glass. Accompanied by a fascinating – and especially funny – fact about Bruges.
